Vision from the Heart

Alden Leifer MD & Associates held their third annual “Vision from the Heart” on October 24, 2019. This one day charitable event offered free eye exams for adults who did not have medical or vision insurance. In these three years, free eye exams were performed on over 350 patients. Eyeglasses were required by over 300 of those patients which were also provided at no cost to the patient! In addition, referrals were made for a number of sight threatening conditions such as glaucoma and cataracts. We are looking forward to offering our services and giving back to our community in our next scheduled "Vision From the Heart", October 22, 2020.
